I purchased this product in January 2008. Was very happy with it for about a year (the amount of time covered by the warranty incidentally). Then in February 09, I started having problems turning it on. The set would click & click, and as the days went by it took longer and longer to actually power up. Eventually it was taking over 5 minutes to come on. When I contacted Samsung they agreed to cover the repair even though we were just out of warranty. But it couldn't be repaired at our home. So now here I am, weeks later with still no tv while it is out being repaired. Is it unreasonable to expect a $2000 tv to last longer than 1 year? Spend your hard earned money on a quality product, avoid this one.
