Motion issues. Samsung service blew up the TV

I bought my LNT-4671F at the end of December and within one week I noticed some standard broadcast movies has some motion blur issues. I phone Samsung Service who sent out a Certified Samsung Tech over to the house. He replaced a couple of circuit boards and within a few minutes the TV was smoking and that was the end of the TV. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for a replacement, but Samsung says they are out of stock and do not know when a new set will become available. They offered me a refund.
I wanted my TV not a refund. They were nice enough to allow me to upgrade to the next model up the LNT-4681F for $466.00 extra.
They should have just given me a free upgrade for all the my trouble and time.
Samsung is a good brand but the corporate office in New Jersey STINKS.
I spoke to one guy there who was the most obnoxious person I have ever dealth with.
2 thumbs down for Samsung Executive Customer Relations.
