Amazing speaker phone, durable, super long battery life and nice key pad.
Cons
A little too big. Not USB compatable. Not an ATT special.

The Bottom Line:
For those who work in all weather elements, or for those who are plain clumsy and need a durable phone, the Rugby is a good choice.
If you like Nextel, the Rugby is a step up in quality. ATT offers nice phone and push to talk plans that compete with Nextel. The Rugby is a little bigger than a Nextel, but has nicer features. The push to talk function is clear and speaker function is LOUD. The Rugby has a decent size screen which allows you to check email. If you have large hand/fingers, the key pad is a winner. Nice large number pad makes for mistake free dialing and easy texting. Another huge plus is the battery life. I can work for three days in a row and still have batter life left. What I don't like about the Rugby is you can use a USB cable. You must order a special cable for data transfers. If you work outdoors, or work in an environment that woudl damage a normal cell phone, the Rugby is a good phone. It can take a beating as well as handle all weather elements. I've personally had mine rained on, and left it in a locked car on a 100 degree day. Still works with no damage to any part of the phone. My three year old has even gotten a hold of it; abused it and it still works great. The biggest draw back of the Rugby is finding other friends/co-workers who have an ATT push to talk plan and phone. Unless you have a network that uses push to talk, it's a waste of money. ATT will charge you per use.
