Bought 1st Unit in Feb., Not useable yet !

Design and price attractive, but service nonexistent.

VR-330 will not do DVD record. "Repaired" twice; exchanged once so far without improvement. Warranty service is outsourced to a 3rd party outfit, CVE, whose main job appears to outwait the customer rather than actually repair anything.
Accordingly, it has now been over six months and I have yet to enjoy one day of use.
