Best Picture Quality for a Reasonable Price
I purchased this Samsung LCD monitor a few months ago after rigorous research on several different 19" LCDs. Good value for money wit few gripes
You will have heard all the main issues before, the fiddly buttons to adjust the screen, the lack of height adjustment, the lack of a DVI cable... etc etc.
But the 930B is a great monitor at a great price. I got mine brand new for $290 from eBay. That's $100 less than local "discount"...

Great price, excellent flat panel from Samsung
Been using this 19" LCD flat panel monitor for about a month, in replacement for a 15" LCD Dell. What a difference it makes, I have so much desktop space now.
Price was definitely one of the most attractive options. I wanted a cheap monitor, with great display image.

Has worked flawlessly right out of the box. I bought this for my high end gaming system that I'm currently building. I was going to buy the Samsung 915n but decided not to. Poor image quality, bogus spec, not worth the price
I got this one with a good mail-in rebate, so it was OK for the price. It had no dead pixels, which is good. But definitely not worth the full price. Picked up one of these at about the lowest price listed, including shipping. No dead pixels. Bright and crisp at the native 1280 x1024. Sweet 19" LCD
My Viewsonic 19" CRT was starting to die, every once in a while one of the color guns would cut out and I would have a very odd color shift until I whacked the side of the monitor. At work I got a 19" LCD monitor and I was impressed.
