The Bottom Line:
Buy this phone for its looks--but don't count on exceptional performance!
I love the way this phone looks—I have the pink version and it's very sleek and attractive. It has a slim profile (perfect for pocket or purse) and is classy in an understated way. As far as its appearance goes, I have no complaints!
However, a few months after I had the phone it started having problems with lines blurring across the main screen. When I took it in, the phone technician said that it had been exposed (though not immersed in) water. The only time I can think of this happening is while being used on a rainy day—so this may not be the heartiest of phones. I've kept my replacement phone in a case and so far, no problems!
There are a few things the phone that are a little problematic. First, the slot for the charger has this weird twist-off structure. Every time I hook it up to charge (every day--the battery runs out pretty quickly with heavy talking), I'm afraid of breaking off the little slot protector. Second, the keys of the phone are very flat against the surface of the phone so when I'm dialing or texting quickly, it's pretty easy to hit the wrong key. Finally, and I realize this is a petty complaint, the set of ring tones that come with the phone are pretty limited so count on buying some additional ones unless you really like the sound of the standard ring!
