Low Battery Life
I just purchased this phone through verizon about three weeks ago and I have returned it to them today. The phone is ligtweight and has flashy screens,but it eats up battery fast. Pretty but not a rainy-day phone!
I love the way this phone looks—I have the pink version and it's very sleek and attractive. It has a slim profile (perfect for pocket or purse) and is classy in an understated way. As far as its appearance goes, I have no complaints!

Samsung Gleam Doesn't Really Shine...
The Samsung Gleam has an average-size, clam-shell design. The front of the phone was "shiny" when I first got it, which seemed to be the inspiration for the name. This was very cheaply made and has gotten so scratched in the last year that they should have named the phone "dull."
