I love this phone, but it will only last about 6 months. I am on my third (yes, I have gotten the blast each time) because I do love it so much. The problems I have had have been with the sound. The audio just quit working. Every once in a while the phone freezes and you have to remove the battery to turn it off and then restart it.
But I love the large screen, the compact slider design, and the red color. My friends all envy my phone and you can by a mini sd card to go in it so you can switch files back and forth from your computer to it.
