Pros
Low Price, cool little blue light while it's playing.
Cons
Constomer service is pathetic. Remote is laid out poorly.
Recommended it?
No
I bought 2 of these things, one for home and one for our vacation home. Both have failed, even with relatively little use.
The remote quit working on one, I discovered through a little research that the remote itself was working, but the sensor in the unit was not.
I've replaced these on other equipment before so I wan't scared to give it a try. To make a very long story short, they made getting the sensor nearly impossible, they wanted me to send the unit to them so they could fix it for the fee of $85. It only cost $95!
I finally replaced the sensor, and tried to play a CD for the first time since I owned the unit. It quit thirty seconds into each one I tried.
The remote is very difficult to use. And the unit is very slow to respond to a command.
My other player has similar problems, music CD's never play all the way through, manuals are vague to say the least. If you don't have a profound understanding of "Tech-Speak" you probably wont understand most of the instructions.
