Great DVD player

I purchased the DVD-HD860 as a replacement to my older Samsung DVD-HD931. I must say that the picture and sound quality on this new player are far superior to my previous player. My previous player was a great player as well, I just figured I would upgrade to a newer model and I'm glad I did!
I utilize the HDMI connection to my DLP TV and the Digital Optical connection to my Receiver.
You do have to go through some setup on the DVD player to get the proper picture and sound quality. I spent about 5 minutes in the player setup and another 20 with my ISF calibration disc.
You can't go wrong with this DVD player! Especially at such a great price!
