Versatile BUT many flaws
Pros
QWERTY keyboard, Internet, 4g memory card slot (w/WM6.1), great camera, WIFI, multi-media, touch screen.
Cons
POOR reliability, locks up daily, horrible support from Samsung, updates lacking, unstable operating-system!

The Bottom Line:
Wait for somethings else if you can. Be sure to backup all data daily just in case the phone needs a hard reset (Verizons answer for all problems)
Everyone at work (bankers) wanted to same phone so we would be able to help each other if any one user had issues...we all would be familiar with the same device.
I searched for a Windows based unit (Blackberry required it's own server to sync properly for an extra $7K) and found the Samsung I-760 to have the most features..which it does. The phone does so much!! It is first and foremost a phone plus email, calendar, tasks, camera, multi-media and internet accessable all with a cool touch screen!. As they say;"Jack of all trades, master of none".
This is my third phone within a year and everyone at work has been through at least two. It locks up almost daily and needs to be reset. I was originally excited about the multi-media aspect, but Windows Media Player does not work on this unit, so I finally purchased third party software. Speaking of which, despite having tons of internal memory the phone seems to hate it being used and always reacts negatively when the memory is maxed ( I use Windows Live, Pocket Player, Extreme Agenda and Guitar Hero Mobile- ALL great programs)
As I said, things should operate more smoothly if they build a phone with all this capability- it should work smoothly.
I know its not my added programs, because everyone at work has similar issues (locking and soft resets).
I will say when it all works well, the phone is the best. All these features are hard to find in one phone. The picture quality is great. The music sounds great (when it plays) or should I say, when the blue tooth works. Typing is easy on the QWERTY keyboard and sure this is heavier than most pocket phones, but you get used to it. I had a Moto Q so getting used to something a few ounces heavier was easy to do.
I did upgrade the phone recently with Windows Mobile 6.1v and it helped SOME issues, but not all.
BE SURE TO GET AN EXTENDED WARRANTY!!
