Samsung SyncMaster 750S 17 inch CRT Monitor

As i built my new PC piece by piece, my most difficult choice quickly became what monitor to buy. When i saw the Samsung 750s side by side with two viewsonic monitors, my decision was quickly narrowed down. i had heard from many that the Viewsonic 17" monitors were the best on the market, but the Samsung offered identical picture quality, a .24 dot pitch (compared to the viewsonic's .26) but what blew me away was that the Viewsonics were 50 and 100 dollars more expensive when compared to the 750s. I bought the Samsung and after running many programs which have pushed my Voodoo3 2000 video card to its limits, the Samsung 750s has been an delivered exceptional results for its price. My only regret about buying this monitor is the annoying glare that is ever present as i sit at my computer desk. The extra dough for a flat screen may not be a bad investment, but for a low price, the 750s is as good as it gets.
