Samsung Yepp YP-F1 (512 MB) MP3 Player

The main reason i wanted to get an MP3 player was so i could listen to music when i went running. I used to work at Best Buy so i pretty much could see what the better products were. Even though Ipods are the most popular players today, i could tell they were cheaply made since so many people returned theirs each day due to damage or defects. I found out that the best quality 512 MB player to buy was the Samsung YP-F1X. I know that this particular model was rarely returned due to damage or defect. Now that i have it, i love it. Once installed on the computer, you only have to copy and paste in order to put songs onto the player. It plays the songs with great sound quality and volume with many sound options to choose from. I also like this MP3 player since it has an FM Tuner on it. I know it only picks up the stronger stations, but this i expect since the player was not specifically built to be a radio player. The headphones that came with the player are nothing special, so i use another headphone set made for running which works great with the player. The display is able to show so much information despite its small size and is easily read. Plus the player has a built in belt clip which is very strong and sturdy - great for running or any other kind of physical activity. Probably the only inconvenience, which is small for me, is that the battery is only charged while hooked up to the computer. On the plus side, the player does hold its battery for quite a long time. This is one of the best quality players to buy, i recommend it very much!
