The Bottom Line:
If you don't want to spend big money to listen to your tunes then you should seriously look at the Sansa Fuze. It works great and is the right price.
I recently bought the Sansa Fuze+ 8GB and am more than slightly impressed with this product, especially for the low price. The Fuze+ is a replacement for my old RCA Opal, which I lost cables for and just decided to retire.
My initial impression of the product was that of quality and innovation. The housing is solid and doesn't feel as fragile as my Opal. The screen is a fair size (2.4") and is very clear. This new Sansa has touch sensitive controls, which I must admit I didn't like at first but now I find easy to use. The Fuze+ also offers nice features like a Micro SD slot and takes slotRadio or slotMusic cards.
The Fuze+ also has great radio reception. I receive radio stations that I can't get in my truck or with my portable stereo. You can even record off the radio if you'd like. I also like that it takes podcasts. I haven't played around with the microphone yet, but I'm sure I will eventually.
SanDisk has made the Sansa Fuze+ with all of the goodies you would expect and some new ones that are unexpected. Overall the Fuze+ is a great product for the price and I would gladly recommend it to my friends.
