We bought this television last year to replace the small TV in my daughter's room. The 19'' size was perfect for her to watch her movies on. We connected a DVD player and it works perfectly for her needs. The picture is really good quality and the sound gets nice and loud as well.
We went from a really small tube/portable TV/DVD system to this LCD TV and it is like a 1000% improvement. My daughter is thrilled and so are we with the quality of the television. We have had Sanyo televisions for a while and have always had good luck with their tube tv's. I don't expect anything different from the lcd line.
