Good Unit
The Sanyo EXCD-1000 is a good audio stereo. But it definitely could be better.
I installed the EXCD-1000 into a 1992 Chevrolet Silverado 3/4 ton truck, and experienced installation difficulties which were not Sanyo's fault. GM still feels that they have to do everything different. The...

Thank you burglars!
I was mad that morning, let me tell you. To think that someone would break into my van in the middle of the night just for my JVC CD-player made me wonder what if I had taken off the faceplate that night? After a couple of months, however, the CD player became unusable. After being in use for a couple of hours (on road trips),... Read full review »
Good unit but with definite caveats
About half a year ago my car stereo was stolen, so off I went in search of a replacement. I decided I wanted a combo CD-cassette head unit, but I only wanted it in a single-height unit for my '94 Honda Accord. At the time, the Excedio was the only choice so I snapped it up. What I found over the... Read full review »
