Pros VERY quiet, vivid colors, short throw and nice H & V shift, cool motorized shutter
Cons Pronounced screen door effect, poor detail in darker images
Recommended it? No

There's a lot I like about this projector, but at the end of the day I just wasn't happy with the image it put out.

Sitting twelve feet away with an 84" screen, I found the screen door effect (a black border around each pixel) to be quite noticeable and distracting. It wasn't an issue in... Read full review »

Sanyo and Panasonic have for years dominated the entry level High Definition LCD front projection market. This year is no different. Sanyo's Z4 and Panasonic's AE900 are the highest selling High Definition front projectors under $3000.
