I have a Sceptre NAGA VI (X7) LCD Flat panel, and I have to say it's a great monitor. I purchased it on Newegg last year for $129, not knowing what I'd get since it was my first LCD.

The company I work for purchased nearly 20 of these monitors from a major on-line computer store. In less than a year, *13* have failed with the *exact* same problem.
