My Husband and I purchased this TV to replace an old 19" CRT TV we've used in our bedroom since we married. Since we had an addition to our family we've been watching more movies from our bedroom to avoid waking up our daughter. At first we we're a little concerned that this one was 720p rather than full 1080P. Currently in our living room we have a 42" Sharp which is Full HD, and we really cannot tell much of a difference with the 32", but most likely because our viewing distance is about 10 feet.
For the movies we watch we have this hooked up to a PS3 so we can watch HD movies. The picture quality is excellent compared to our old television which was a pleasure to our eyes (specifically small text like DVD menus)
We purchased the TV on sale at Costco for $499 which seems like a pretty good price.
