Great unit. Terrible CS. Don't buy

Don't buy. Terrible service after sale.
I was very impressed with the overall quality of the unit. Nice bright display, great color and long list of feature.
This all ended with having to deal with their customer service. Unit had bulb rupture after 50 hours and had to be sent for repair. Bulb was replaced and unit cleaned. No problems were found which would have caused the rupture. Unit received back and component inputs lose sync. Color shift in component inputs as well. Fingerprints on lens. Sent unit back again and they are unable to fix. They have not offered anything other than having to wait. Maybe I just received a lemon but I would stay away from this unit.
