In the never ending search for the perfect universal remote I plunked down the bucks for the Sima Sur-25 Universal Learning Remote.. Out of the box..Batteries in..Scan the manual..Learn the Directivo codes.. Nope! Ok lets run the Mitsubishi TV..Nope! Ok lets try the standard codes.. Mitsubishi TV some functions worked (not the input button..there is not even a button resembling that here).. Tivo nothing. Lets check the Sima website for updated codes or software.. Once again NOPE! My RCA RCU-810 $10.00 learning remote blows this piece away..I am a very tech fella..This is a very bad remote. I suppose if you use it all of the time your muscle memory may allow you to find the functions on the touch screen but I doubt it. Stick with 100% rubber button remotes and don't be fooled by a fancy touch screen.
