Mac users, don't buy this frame

Nice wooden design, Images were very clear (when the frame was working)

This frame does not work with images generated on an Apple computer

I was initially able to load images directly from my Apple computer (using a USB cable) and via a CompactFlash card. The image quality was very good, however, the frame stopped working when I was loading additional images from the CF card and it would not power up again.
I contacted SmartParts and they readily sent me a replacement frame, but the same problem recurred. When I contacted the company again, the tech support representative confessed that their software has a compatibility issue with image files generated on Apple computers.
Don't waste your time with this product, it doesn't work with a Mac.
