Hi Guys,
I own Go-Video DVD/VCR combo and it was broken down exactly in a year time – the very next week after my warranty expires. When I looked the site for any customer support, I am shocked. They do not have contact numbers, service centers etc – not even an inch of this site is useful to the unfortunate buyers who bought this Go-Video product. . The site shows nothing.. I meant NOTHING. When i tried to email - it bounced back. When I tried to phone - it says the number isn't working.
Someone can file a suit against these false, dishonest, cheap culprits.
