Bulky design, skips constantly, doesn't work half of the time, horrible firmware, horrible technical support.

I bought the Rio Volt SP150 about 3-4 months ago and I have had nothing but problems. It started out fine where it would recognize CDs and play them accordingly. However, after about a week or so, everything went downhill from there. It skips EVERY time it plays a song, and then sometimes it just stops playing it all together, even though the CD is still spinning inside. On top of that, this type of poor performance is when the CD player is resting on a solid, still surface! It's one of the worst investments I have ever made.
