Great sound from WMAs, but has bugs, trouble reading some CDs.
When it works, the Rio Volt SP-150 sounds very good, especially with a good set of headphones. On my quest for a good MP3-CD player, I first tried Sony's DNF610. While the ATRAC3 made for good compression with acceptable loss, it balked at converting 320kbit and VBR MP3s, and the display was far too small. Good Player for the Money Indeed
The SP150 has gotten a lot of undeserved bad press/user comments. For the price, you get a decent MP3/CD player that even plays WMA files. SP150-Decent until it broke.

WORST CD PLAYER I EVER USED!
