This is a great TV, everything that it states.
Easy to use, very clear picture, sounds great. Overall size is very good for a smaller room. Compared to my 20 yr old TV this is extremely lightweight and can place anywhere.
After researching many, many online sites, most don't say that they do not offer a warranty on this tv, if they do, chances are they are giving false info. Their prices might look good, but watch out for the missing pieces, tax, shipping, return/exchange policy, warranty etc.
You can check out many other reviews on several websites, just be cautious and do all your homework before making the final decision.
Go to Sony's main website and you can find an authorized online retailer that offers a full warranty. Hopefully you will not need to call for warranty service, but you never know things happen and only a Sony Authorized dealer will service the TV under warranty. Enjoy this great TV, and Best of luck!
