The Bottom Line:
This is a high technology 120hz full hd television that will be mostly convenient for people who have access to many hd channels providing 1080p programing. Great for LCDs'lovers.
When i bought my tv, i told the salesman that i wanted a 40 inches Sony Bravia and i was surprised that the price could range between 900$ to 2000$ for a 40 inches Bravia . As a matter of fact the low price was for a 60hz model as the new 120hz model was at the higher price. This is the one i bought and i'm quite satisfied with my choice. This is the latest technology and i believe the price is worth it, mainly for people who watch sports or play video games. This is a full hd model that will do the job for many years to come. However the sound quality is just acceptable and could have been better considering this is one of the Sony's top model which is ranking among the most popular tv's. The remote control is welll conceived and friendly user. The menus are very intuitive and permit fine tuning and good calibration for image sound and colors. However the range of adjustment for sound makes little difference. The remote control gives a quick access to wide, picture and sound without having to get in the specific menus. In conclusion we can say that this specific Bravia model is a good buy as well for it's conception as for it's technology whoe's strongest point is the high image quality supported by a 120hz prosessor.
