It weights about 20lbs and its dimensions are 17 x 7 7/8 x 19". It kind of changed a lot from CDP-CX270, but I don't think this is worth to buy it for 1000 dollars. It is useless when you don't have more than 200 or 400 CDs and if you don't like listening to music.
