Great little CD player

Pros Great little CD player
Cons none that I can think of
Recommended it? Yes
My son wanted a CD player SOOOO bad for is birthday last year. Not just any CD player, it HAD to be a sony! Well I purchased him a somewhat simple model...seeing how he is only 11. The sound is awesome and the ease of use is very simple for a kid to use. (but than most kids know more about this kind of stuff than the average adult does.)He takes his CD player everywhere he goes and has a case he keeps it in along with all his CD's. He also keeps a couple packs of extra batteries in his case, cause the way he listens to it he goes thru batteries like crazy.

This model came with headphones (we recently had to replace them...he dropped and than accidently stepped on his other ones.) Although we didn't purchase the sony brand headphone...the cheaper one is working just as well. As I said this model is very user friendly, it has a digital feature that tells you what song number you are on and simple to touch buttons for playing, stopping, rewinding or fast forwarding, it even has a low battery light on it...which is a plus in my sons opinion.

This makes a great 1st CD player for a child in the 10 year and up range who has a good habit of taking care of their belongings. ( I am not one to buy my child a 75.00 product that I know he won't take care of!) My son has found his CD player to be a great product and very rarely skips! I do set a volume limit, which I also recommend other parents do also, it does play quite LOUD which is NOT good for the ears!

Overall, I give this a great recommendation, we are very pleased with our purchase, and have really got our moneys worth out of it!
