Buy The New Sony D-200!

Pros Awesome sound, great price, tough machine! 40 second ESP!
Cons none that i can think of
Recommended it? Yes
I needed a new CD player for my walks, as the weather is getting so nice these days, and my old one was just rotten. I'd purchased a GPX model because it was nice looking, clear blue plastic and it had a 40 second Electronic Shock Protection on it. I figured it would be very nice, and boy was I wrong.

Rather than go into that horrible GPX, I will just say what a refreshing change the Discman was. When you turn it on, it automatically saves the 40 seconds, and off you go. No bump, no falls, no trips are going to stop this CD from playing, or even make it skip. I know, because when I turned it on, I shook it for a good 20 seconds. No problems, I was in love.

This new version has STAMINA. I used older batteries, and listened last night to the player for over 4 hours. Also, it has a little battery gauge IN the display screen, so it's not like the other players that just die on you without you knowing. I do so love Sony.

And the sound, oh the sound is amazing, it also has a bass boost, so bass-heavy bands like the red hot chili peppers sound even better. Unlike most CD players, even the headphones they give you are really nice. I couldn't believe that I got such a wonderfully working and amazing-sounding CD player for a mere 50 dollars. I highly suggest you go pick one up if you're in the market. For an additional 10 dollars you get the car adapter package, that comes with the cigarette lighter charger, the tape adapter and the AC adapter. I chose not to get it because I already had these items from the horrible GPX one.

Thanks for reading!
