Sony Walkman D-CJ506CK Personal CD Player

I bought two other POS (Classic and Koss) which claim they were MP3 and anti-skip, but which proved to be all-the-time skip when exercising. I wanted to hear music while exercising and decided to try Sony as a last resort. Exceeded my expectations, since I don't believe it would skip even if you threw it against a brick wall at Level 2 protection. My old CDs would burn a pair of batteries at about 6-7 miles and start skkkkkipping before then, but this Sony still shows full battery power after a month! I thought car ready meant a cigarette lighter, but was pleasantly surprised to find out I plug it into my tape deck and can drive music through my car stereo---too cool. I like earbud headphones with adjustable volume and Sony gives you a piece of junk here, but volume lacks with the Sony anyway. Hey Sony, just give us folks some fricking volume! BTW, I bought this at Walmart for $107 which beat online pricing, and I was actually surprised for a change to buy something cheaper locally than on the Internet.
