Sony Walkman D-E206CK Personal CD Player

I have always been a fan of Sony products and I was excited to see this car kit offered at Wal-Mart for only $60. I am impressed with the memory of the unit -- when I was using it in my car I stopped in the bank and did not stop the player or eject the tape. When I got back and turned on my car, it immediately began to play at the same spot. It also has an excellent ESP feature which keeps it from skipping in any condition. I can lay it anywhere in my car at any angle and it plays fine. I also go walking with it and when I hold it and swing my arms it does not skip either. Another unique feature is the volume control which, when activated, does not let the volume go up past a level three to protect your ears. This feature is easily turned off as well. The only complaint I have is that it is a bit hard to determine on what volume levels to place the car speakers and the CD unit. If the CD volume is up too high the music sounds distorted. You have to take some time to adjust both volumes before you take off driving. A small price to pay for the rest of the great features!
