The Bottom Line:
If you are getting this just for the Cd player then go for it, but if you're getting it for the car kit, don't waste your time.
My old cd player for my car stopped working after using it for 7 years. I bought the Sony D-E226CK Personal Cd Player for about $60 at Best Buy. I came with the Cd player, headphones, remote for car, ac adapter, and car kit. The CD player by it's self is nice and works fine. The headphones are those usual ones that u get with any cd player. They work ok but will not last vary long.
What I hate about this CD Player is the car kit. It simply does not work. The Power cord to the player goes out if it is moved. Also the cassette adapter does not put out much sound. It sounds like you have the volume really low even though it is at max. The remote for the car is really just a waste of plastic and wires. It doesn't even do what it is supposed to do. I plan on taking this thing back once i find where I put the receit. If I find it, I'm going to ge a panasonic.
