The coolest Walkman money can buy!

The Bottom Line:
Excellent sound quality,elegant and easy to carry. Expensive , but after all you get what you pay for. If you want better quality the D-EJ925 is definitely worth considering.
Jogging and cycling are a regular part of our daily routine.
Both my wife and I like nothing better than to listen to some good sounds while we try to keep fit and healthy.
I bought the Sony Walkman portable CD player D-EJ925 as a Christmas Gift last December. It was recommended in a hi-fi magazine as the coolest most sophisticated to recently enter the stores.
Having used the D-EJ925 for the past 6 months I can still say we have not been disappointed. It has great sound quality and it is noticeably lighter and easy to carry on your person while walking, running or cycling. Because it is so slim it easily fits inside pockets of varying size, which I prefer to attaching to outside clothing or carrying in a bag. The D-EJ925 really is jog proof as we regularly use it while in motion.
Both my wife and myself are particularly impressed with the sound quality. The base and treble are well balanced. It is quite superb.
On the negative side, the compactness of the D-EJ925 means its controls are tiny and can at first be awkward to use. Perhaps this is the price to be paid for such an elegant looking portable CD player. However there is no excuse for the poor earphones which do not match the high quality of the Walkman. When I bought the Walkman the shop Sales Assistant was trying to get me to buy upgraded earphones before I'd even tried those supplied! It's obvious he was not impressed with the earphones either.
Overall, despite the couple of drawbacks both myself and my wife have never enjoyed 'Rock or Jazz' so much while on the move! We both recommend buying this particular Sony Walkman CD player.
