UPDATE AS OF 02-01-2007: ALAS, YESTERDAY ALL MY (400!) "DISC EXPLORER" ENTRIES VANISHED! THE USUAL "LOADING" MESSAGE APPEARED ON THE SCREEN, AND THEN EVERYTHING FROZE. Best Jukebox Player Out There For Now.

Overall good product, great for large dvd/cd libraries
I bought this DVD jukebox so I would have a place to store my 150 DVD's and about 200 CD's. The first unit I got started having problems with playback after about 3 months. Keeps the youguns fingers off the DVD's
I bought this mostly because I was tired of having the younguns scratchin my DVD's and I was really tired of having an entire 6 ft tall book shelf filled with DVD cases.

Another Sony demonstration in the art of middling

Massive Capacity, Annoying Speed
This DVD player gives off one immediate impression as soon as you see it. IT'S HUGE! The Player extends inches past the rear of the Receiver.
