I have owned my phone for two months and I find it reliable. The best features of this phone are its small size and light weight. It fits easily into your pocket and I hardly notice it is there. The battery lasts a long time for a $50 phone (about 45 hours or so, 2 hrs. of talk time) and it seems to recharge very quickly.
The worst feature of this phone is its text display. It cannot display an entire 10 digit phone number in one line of text. When a phone number appears on caller ID or in your phone book, you have to press the scroll button to see the rest of the phone number (usually the first two digits)You have to keep this in mind when typing long names in the phone book as well.
The test display is an annoyance, but I think it is outweighed by the phone's performance plus its price, small size and weight.
