Sony Ericsson CF-768 Cell Phone

I work for a company that sells this phone and have had many complaints about the Ericsson 768. First is the durability. The Flip on this phone is flimsy and breaks off easily. Second, there have been many problems with the battery heating up oh this phone to the point of not being able to pick up the phone no less being able to use it. Third the 768 has a problem of when it heats up the display starts crapping out, you will get all kinds of different stuff on it. Finally, the phone has a habit of shutting itself off very frequently, this poses a very problem for those who use their phone for business purposes. Sorry Ericsson you get a big thumbs down for this one.
