Reliable cell

Pros Easy interface, reliable
Cons Bulky, loose jog-dial
Recommended it? Yes
The Bottom Line:  If you don't mind the weight and size, it's a fantastic phone.
I first got this phone when my Nokia was stolen over 2 years ago, and Verizon didn't offer a Nokia in my area. When I first got it, I was a little taken aback by the weight and bulk of it, but after seeing how easy it was to navigate, I really fell in love with it.

The jog-dial is a great feature, simple to use even without referring to the owner's manual. However, after 2 years of use, my jog dial has gotten loose and it's very difficult to dial through categories. I'm sure it's something that would be easy to repair, which I'd do if it wasn't 2 years old. I'm ready for an upgrade now.

My only dislike is the size and weight. I carry mine in my purse, and can really feel the extra weight on my shoulder. If I was a man, I don't know where I'd carry it. Much too big for the belt, and wouldn't fit in a pocket.

The battery life is a little short, but if you get the extended battery, you get around 3 days of standby (although that means even more weight).

So, considering the age of this phone, it's an extremely reliable phone! Easy to use, and extremely durable. Just a bit cumbersome.
