Recommended it? Yes
I've had my Sony phone for over a year now and I've used and abused it. I carry it everywhere and don't pay quite enough attention to where I put it. It's taken several falls from nearly 6 feet, but this thing is rock solid. I haven't had one single problem with it yet.

This is a small, light phone that has all the features you'd look for in a cell. It can store up to 100 numbers, has caller id, and is simple to use. Seriously, a monkey could work this thing. It's got a backlit lcd for those less than ideal circumstances that always seem to come up, a great little interface, and drop dead reliability.

I will say that I have noticed some things that I'd change. The battery seems to loosen up a little bit over time. Now keep in mind that I've been very rough with it, but it still seems a little loose. It doesn't effect anything, just kind of annoying. It's designed to fit your hand well, but is a little bigger than some of today's tiny phones. Also, the buttons are a little hard to hit. I know that they have to be small to keep the phone size down, but these are also quite slippery, which makes for tough use when you can't concentrate on the buttons alone (ie. driving).

Overall, this phone has performed marvelously. I would highly suggest it to anyone who doesn't care to have one of the new smaller phones.
