Mixed reviews are confusing

Awesome design, great features, good camera (for a phone), huge screen, newest technology, plays mp3s

Doesn't include much software/games (which are expensive), camera is blurry during motion

The Bottom Line:
If you can get it cheap ($200) w/rebate, get it! This isn't a bargain phone but it does turn heads (really).
I was hesitant to buy this phone because the reviews all over the web were split over whether it was "a little slow" or "painfully slow". They must have been talking about the speed of the OS before it was (recently) updated. I have had absolutely NO issues with lag on this phone (menus or anywhere else). You can look at other reviews for specific details... as far as I'm concerned it's perfect. Big screen, all the newest technology (bluetooth, etc.), good camera phone, great signal reception, etc... It can be a little pricy, but if you can get it on sale ($200 w/rebate) it's a steal. [It's worth the price just to see people try to open it for the first time :) ]
More: for the price, the games are all demos (which is lame) and tetris costs $7 (ultra-lame). if you buy the most recent version of the phone (from cingular) you CAN turn off the shutter sound. this isn't a smart phone and it's hard to find third party software for it. can play mp3s as ringtones. you can control your computer from the bluetooth remote control, but I can't find a way to use it as TV remote (has infrared). supports AIM.
