I live in the Philippines, and cellular phone technology here is more advanced than that in America. The T-18s is almost obsolete here, and new models have been released to replace it. However, just because it is an old model doesnt mean it is a bad model.
If what you look for in a Cellular phone is to be able to call someone and send SMS without that buldge in your pants, then the T-18s is PERFECT. It gets the job done, without fanfare. It does not offer your features you do not need.
The design is sleek as well and is not too common. I have dropped it quite a number of times and it hasnt been damaged, except for a few scratches in the edges. The battery falls off too but I think this was intentionally designed to lessen the blow.
After one year of using it though, the wear and tear gets to the battery. I have to purchase a new battery now since it doesnt last me through a day anymore.
The biggest headache however is its SMS. When the message fails to be sent, you have to go to menu again, then click on mail then find the message you want to send, then click send. Worse if your memory is full and you have tor etype your message again.
It is for someone who needs a a reasonably priced mobile phone.
