Good-bye Ericsson and Hello Nokia or Motorola.
This was my first cell phone. The voice reception is poor as is the voice transmission, meaning that at times the voice becomes garbled and indistinguishable. The battery life is poor, as it does not last for one 12 hour day with 75 minutes of talk time. I have had the battery replaced three times with the same results. Lost calls are numerous as are non-connects that just go to voice mail, even while I'm standing in the same parking lot as the caller. My second phone exhibited the same symptoms. If you buy this phone you will get great features in a poor quality phone.
