No way it came from SONY, ugh!!

Pros Um, I'm thinking here, um...I got nothing.
Cons Everything but the looks.
Recommended it? No
The Bottom Line:  Stay far away from this phone, cheap, horrible battery life and will eventually, one day, fall apart when you throw against a brick wall!!
I'm quite sure that I am not going to get a Very Helpful for this review because of the lack of content and specs for the phone but I am going to share my epinion with you because that is what this website is for.

I originally bought had a BlackBerry Pearl that failed so after going through 2 of those, I decided to go with what I thought was a good name and that is Sony. Well, when I recieved this phone it was pretty cool because it was new and different and I liked it but after a couple of days I knew I had made a big mistake because this is the cheapest phone I have ever owned. It is starting to fall apart where the phone connects and the hinges and the ear speaker is so distorted you can barely hear the person on the other end of the line. I have the Amber version of the phone but it could be the gold-plated version and it would still be a peice of junk.

I have only had this thing for a couple months and I am supposed to keep this phone for the next year, there is no way it will ever last.

As far as the features are concerned, well, I went out and bought a blue-tooth head set and it was recognized by the Sony phone but it constantly loses connection with the blue-tooth. I never use it anymore because it is always losing connection. I thought maybe it was a malfunctioning blue-tooth and took it back and got a different one and it still did the same thing. What a peice of junk.

The buttons are pretty small but they are cool. They are flush with the phone to create a smooth surface on the keypad and they light up orange at night and it is actually very nice but pretty little lights don't make my phone any better. The camera does not have a mirror with it so it is more difficult to take a self-portrait and the navigation is a lot to be desired. You have to puch many buttons to get to one task.

Maybe you don't care about all that stuff and you just want this phone to talk on....okay but there is one thing that you need to know...the charger connection to the phone is foreign and weird. Once broken in, it gets very loose and while you think it has been charging, it never was. It is a very hard phone to find accessories for.

Sure this phone is 3G capable and you can access the internet with it but the response time is slow and the pages drag. It is better to use dial up!!

The only neat thing about this phone is how many peices it breakes into when you throw against a brick wall. It is a real work of art. You can take my Motorola Razr and give it to my four boys and they can play baseball with it (it being the ball of course) and then play soccer with it and then decide it would be cool to wash all the dirt off of it because of the aforementioned mischevous and it would still work fine, believe me, I know!!

The screen is nice and the themes are somewhat cool but the camera takes horrible pictures but it does record video which is pretty cool.

The overall looks of the phone are very very nice but we don't buy cell phones that are pretty that don't work, we buy them because we use them and if they are pretty, that is a benefit!

Good luck if you already have this phone in your possession and if you have it on order, cancel it and get the Razr, it is much more reliable.

Thanks and BTW, the battery life is horrible. If you are talking for about 1 hour you can leave it on standby for about another 2 hours and it would be completely dead. I am looking for Sony to start using AAA for this one.
