Bad Weather Conditions

Good sound on AM and FM.

If you really want an emergency weather radio, look somewhere else. We live in Tampa Bay, an area which has at least two NOAA weather stations supposedly within range, and neither could be heard on this radio. It's not bad as a general-purpose radio, having good sound on both AM and FM. But don't count on it as part of your emergency kit.
