For the money I paid ($19.99 on sale)I am very pleased. My wife wanted a radio for the bathroom where she gets ready for work in the morning and this radio sounds great.
I will have to agree with the other review about tuning sensitivity on the weather band. I have several weather radios that pick up the 5 weather bands that I receive on my other radios and the Sony only picks up one, and it is weak at that.
We wanted a radio which we could keep plugged in, but also able to use with batteries. If I had to do it over again, I would buy another.
