We went to buy a 32" LCD TV on sale for $748.00. Well for less than another $300.00 we decided to purchase this TV. It has a fabulous picture. Has several picture settings which if you choose the "vivid" option, you can hardly tell the difference between that and watching an HD channel. The sound from the TV speakers is very good, although we hooked it up to the stereo. I wasn't much of a tv watcher before, this is a treat to watch after having a 27" for years.
