Best TV I have ever owned, oh yea, its Sony, DUH!
Pros
Everything
Cons
Nothing
Recommended it?
Yes
The Bottom Line:
Get it.
I've owned many brands of TV's over the years Sony being one of them and they have always had better quaility, features and lasting power then any other. Same goes for this.
This is the latest version of their 46" XBR and it is amazing. I don't even have HD yet and the quaility is unreal. And with 3 HDMI inputs how can you go wrong. XBOX 360, HD DVD player and some other yet to be used HDMI device this thing is great.
It comes in Black and Gray with a ~$300 price difference in the two, black being more expensive. We chose the black because we bought it at Tweeter with the no interests or payments till 2008 and price matching from Best Buy who had it at $4369. Price at Tweeter was 4899. So I said lets get it.
Once I got the mount on the wall, an extra $200 it was pretty easy with 2 people putting it up. Althought if I could I would have opted for the MOVE able mount. The cheap mount we got does not allow the TV to move out from the wall which makes it impossible to connect cables unless you have people holding it OR if you have very long cables to leave it on the ground, connnect then mount. Lucky for us we mounted it on a wall which we have access to the back of so I just cut holes in the wall. Most people don't want to do that, but I wasn't about to pay $550 for install.
There are 10 video ins on this thing to include 3 HDMI, most on the market right now, a PC in put and your standard compenent and RGB.
