Sony KDL32L5000 32" HDTV LCD TV

I bought this model because it seemed to be the best buy for the price based on reviews I read online.  It has two major problems: 1) Due to what I think is a design defect, I the speakers cannot be driven by a PC unless the PC has an HD port. The manual, however, and Sony tech support say that the sound can be driven from the headphone port of a PC.  Sony went through trouble shooting with me on the phone and then sent a replacement.  The replacement had the same problem.  They then sent a tech to my house who could not get sound from either set and left.  They are sending someone else next week.  I just want my money back so I can buy another brand.  2) When in TV mode, the volume often increases to the maximum level possible when I change channels.
