I purchased this 6 months ago and couldnt be happier. It is a older model but still is HD up to 1080i and has as crisp a picture as the new DLP televisions. I paid 1599 and actually passed on a lcd because of the size differece compared to price but have no complaints. The HD/Blu ray movies look awesome and the sound quality is Phenominal.
also I did not want to put a television on a stand so the larger model worked best for my needs.
