The Bottom Line:
For the money, this is an excellent large format HDTV monitor.
I purchased this wide screen HDTV as the center piece for my media room. I have a HD cable converter, Sony progressive scan DVD player, and a Denon 5.1 digital AVR deck to go along with this monitor. It has three sets fo HD inputs, including two sets of component video in. This allows me to connect both my HD cable converter and progressive scan DVD player for HD viewing. I could also get an HD tuner for over the air broadcasts. Setup and tuning have been easy and trouble free.
The only thing that is not stellar on this TV is the built in audio. That has not concerned me in the least, however, since I am using this TV in a full home theater setup. I would think that most owners would do the same.
